Production terms must define the provider, free and paid scope, contract formation, one-time prices, digital delivery, account and technical requirements, upload warranties, prohibited content, AI limitations, no outcome guarantee, liability, rights needed to process uploads, account termination, consumer-dispute information, governing law, contact information, version, and effective date.
TODO: prepare an original, implementation-specific German/EU consumer version and have the owner confirm the provider details before publication.
